Pawkar Raymi is the time when flowers bloom in the fields. It is celebrated in February-March. At this festival we thank Mother Earth, welcoming the new growth. There is dancing, singing, and feasting. Communities adorn themselves beautifully with flowers.

Pawkar Raymika chakrakunapi sisakuna llukshina pachami. Kunan killapi (febrero-marzo) ruranakun. Kay raymipi allpa mamata yupaychanchik, mushuk muyuta chaskishpa. Tushuykunami, takikunami, mikunakunami tiyan. Sisakunawanmi llaktakunata sumaklla rurashpa ruranakun.
